  • Comments: If you leave comments on our site, we collect your name, email, website, comment text, and technical data such as browser user-agent for spam detection.

Why We Process Your Data

Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your data with trusted third parties who help us run our business. These include:

  • Payment processors: to process purchases.
  • Email providers: e.g., Mailchimp for newsletters.
  • Advertising platforms: Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok to help us measure advertising performance and, where consent has been provided, deliver relevant advertising.
  • Cloud services / storage: where we securely store data.
  • Integrations: such as Monday.com, Zapier and Unbounce to manage customer enquiries, communications and business workflows.

When we use these third parties, we make sure there are contracts/data processing agreements in place so your data is handled securely and only for our purposes. Where we communicate with you through WhatsApp, messages are delivered using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Meta processes certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy.


International Data Transfers

Some of your data (e.g., in Mailchimp) is stored in the US. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are in place to protect your data.


Retention of Your Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including managing enquiries, providing products and services, complying with legal obligations and resolving disputes. Enquiry records are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer required.

Comment data may be retained indefinitely so we can track follow-up conversations / comments.
